Good morrow all!
Jeez it’s been a busy week – and it hasn’t even reached it’s climax yet. Work this week has been hectic: Monday-Saturday, and let me tell you… When those hours are put in doing my job, you’re in for a tough week.
When you couple my money-making work schedule with my writing work schedule, then this leaves very little time in between. And that little time is filled with my bodybuilding endeavours: training, cardio, cooking and of course, eating.
This entire week I have been going to sleep between 11pm and 12am and then I am up again at 5:30am for my cardio… I wish that I could sleep earlier but I have to get my days writing done or I simply go insane!!! (Not that I’m a sane person to begin with – which makes for a deadly concoction: an insanely irate insane person…)
So, this morning I’ve done my cardio and prepped my meals for work. Now I’m eating breakfast and typing this before my working day begins.
So now you have it: an explanation for my lack of posting. I’m going to fit another post on here into my schedule later so keep an eye open for that. I’m not sure what it’ll be yet, but like most things in my life at the moment: I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it…
